I am committed to helping others without judgment grow through their struggles, heal from their pain, and move forward to where they want to be in life and I am dedicated to providing a safe place to promote courage, acceptance, grace, and empowerment. 

I specialize in Complex Trauma, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Chemical and Behavioral Addiction, Women Specific Issues, Depression, Anxiety, Dissociative Disorders, Mood and Personality Disorders. I primarily work with individuals aged 13 and up and I apply a theoretical framework that combines psychodynamic and cognitive perspectives, incorporating interventions from various therapeutic approaches such as Trauma-Informed Care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and talk therapy.

Scarlet is currently ON A WAITLIST for Georgia residents with Anthem, Cigna, Oscar, United/Optum/UMR, Healthgram, Care Network, Tricare East, and Memorial Health Partners in-person (GA) or via Telehealth (GA/FL/SC) for Saturday appointments.
